5. Jogging And Bouncing In Place. Start this routine by slightly jogging in one place. Continue this movement for ten seconds. After the ten second count, alternate your jog into a bounce. Bouncing twice first on your left leg, and then on your right. Do it again ten times on both legs.

6. Big Bounce. Start this work out by softly bouncing. Continue to the point where you are bouncing high enough to leave the apparatus. Carry on to when you feel you have generated a a smooth rhythm. Continue this for ten times.


7. Raise the Knees. Start off with a bounce. Elevate one knee to the level of your waistline. Repeat ten times with the left and right knee. Finish by slowing down to a steady bounce.

8. Old School Jumping Jacks. Start this by bouncing. Slowing transforming into jumping jacks. Repeat ten times. To end, slow down to a smooth pace.

9. Row. Begin by bouncing. Alternately raise a knee to the level of your waistline. Complete an upright row using your arms. Repeat this to the point when you have done it for each knee ten times. Finish by slowing down to a smooth bounce.

10. Twist N Bounce.. Start with a bounce. While doing so, place your feet side by side. At the same time, twist your body forwards and backwards. Do it again ten times. Warming down into a smooth bounce.
