Many cellulite treatment creams have been manufactured and touted to change your life. But this cannot happen through magic. In fact, it is science at work, pure and simple. Let’s get started with the active ingredients which after all are the core of any cellulite treatment cream.

Aminophylline: Amoniphylline is one of the ingredients for creams. It is a descendant of theophylline which is basically a dilator of the bronchioles in the lungs. After being tested with a sample consisting of 35 women, only three reported any change in the way they looked after a two times a day application routine.

Caffeine: This one is said to help in the firming of skin. When it is ingested right through the skin rather than taken in drinks, caffeine is said to produce healthier skin. After tests though, it appears that no one knows for certain whether it effects any change in the look of user’s body.

Lemon oil- lemon essential oils have for a long time been used to fight cellulite. It is chemically comprised of citronella, limonene, citral and phellandrene. It ia natural antibiotic, anti-sclerotic among other non-skin benefiting agents.

Aloe Vera: this is a common skin conditioner.

Retinol: this is a kind of Vitamin A that is believed to be able to penetrate the skin and do repair work beneath the top skin layer. This ability comes from its rare molecular structure that is small enough for that penetration. It is known to cause some irritation to the skin once applied, something manufacturers of creams do not tell you. In some approved formulas, the irritation causing retinoid acid is not produced until the skin metabolises retinol. That way, there is little worry over irritation.

L-Carnitine: this active ingredient is said to help up the body’s metabolic rate as well as reduce the capacity for cells to store fats.

Herbal extracts: most herbal extracts help in detoxification.

Vitamin E and C: Vitamin E dissolves in fats and is a detoxifier and protects blood vessels, guaranteeing circulation. Vitamin C is a superb motivator of the body in collagen synthesis.

Algae: extracts from algae assist in collagen production.

Silicon resin: it allows for ease of application of creams and little else.

Seaweed: this is good for absorbing fats on the skin but not under the skin.

Kukui nut oil: used with moisturisers as well as cellulite reduction creams, Kukui nut oil originates in Hawaii and boosts the body ability to produce collagen. It is good with dry skin

The one important thing in the consideration for what ingredients you should hunt for in a cream is the combination. It is best to keep yourself abreast with information on these matters. Cellulite is not a new thing and it draws a lot of attention. This way, you get to hear what is said about the ingredient that you have always used. You can even get information on an active ingredient that will make you ditch that old formula for a new one.

One of the worst parts is that even some women who are very slim suffer from cellulite, and so sometimes there is no getting away from it. There are however certain things that you can do if you want to deal with your cellulite, and you can even try out some cellulite cream or other natural cellulite treatment options, and get noticeable results.

Before you go ahead with any random natural cellulite treatment however, you are going to want to make sure that you are a bit researched on all of them, so that you can figure out which is going to be the best for you.

Caffeine

It may seem a bit odd, but caffeine is one of the best things to get rid of cellulite and therefore one of the best options that you have for a natural cellulite treatment. Caffeine is actually one of the first ingredients in most effective cellulite treatments, as you will see if you ever take the time to read through the list of ingredients on any cellulite treatment that you buy.

Requiem Cellulite Treatment

This is a fantastic product that is great if you are looking to get a natural cellulite treatment. This is a cellulite cream that is all natural and which actually works. This is a high energy cream that contains specialized culinary herbal extracts, as well as caffeine and essential substances that work to reduce cellulite.

You will notice after as little as a few uses that your skin is softer and smoother and that there is a dramatic reduction in your cellulite.

This is definitely one of the best choices that you have if you are ever looking for a natural cellulite treatment, and one that has proven to be effective and successful for thousands of people already. Just make sure that you continue to use it if you want to make sure that your cellulite is gone for good and not going to come back.

Now in the future, to prevent your cellulite from coming back, watching what you are eating is one of the most important things for you to do. You should be eating carefully anyways for your health in general, but by avoiding fatty and sugary foods, you will be less likely to get clumps of fat that result in the showing of cellulite on your thighs and other areas of the body again.

Cellulite is a common ailment among many women these days. It’s that nagging cottage-cheese hanging around on your lower body and back of arms. You know that stuff that you are trying to cover up.

Every where you look you are bombarded with advertisements, studies, and research promising that one cellulite cure-all method, guaranteed to banish your cellulite with the new “wonder drug” or “break-through” cellulite cream.

When you come across such “amazing discoveries” take a step back and think about it for a second. If there was such an amazing cellulite break-through, don’t you think it would be prescribed by a doctor or at least be on the news?

Cellulite remedies promising to remove your cellulite with topical applications or odd gizmos are a dime a dozen and none of them truly work. If they did, 90% of women (as studies state) wouldn’t have cellulite.

Right?

What if you could REALLY get rid of your cellulite?

A very popular cellulite cream ingredient is aminophylline. Aminophylline is highly-marketed as the cellulite reduction miracle. Many statements claim that it will reduce the lumps and bumps of cellulite by breaking down the fat cells into fatty acids to be removed by the body. Other claims suggest that it shrinks the fat cells and release them into particles to be excreted by the body.

Yes, some women report a reduction in the area the topical was applied, but most are not aware that it has dehydrated the area. Yes, aminophylline is a diuretic, which explains the girth reduction many people may experience temporarily when used, and as you may know, diuretic effects are temporary.

The real effects of aminophylline is simply minimizing the appearance of your cellulite for a short time …not removing it or curing it.

Aminophylline may come in handy if you have to go to a dinner party or some other gathering, but for a permanent cellulite reduction, it’s best to seek real information rather than quick-fixes.

Most women are not completely free of cellulite, which is a very common problem. Cellulite has often been compared to orange peel or cottage cheese because of its lumpy, uneven and dimpled appearance. It is caused by an accumulation of fat cells pushing against the dermis. Because cellulite looks unsightly and can have a negative impact on self-esteem most women who have this problem want rid of it.

Cellulite is often associated with aging and women who are overweight. Those females who have a BMI over 25 and do not exercise regularly are more likely to have cellulite. Similarly young women of a normal weight who eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise regularly tend to have less cellulite. Nevertheless cellulite can impact women of any age and any weight. If you look at the pictures in certain magazine publications you will notice that even some ultra-fit celebrities have cellulite.

The Best Option

Cellulite cream is the best of three different options that are available to get rid of the problem. The other options are lipomassage and surgical liposuction. Both of these options can be quite expensive. Liposuction does not get rid of the fat cells so is actually the least effective option to get rid of cellulite even though it is the most expensive.

Conversely cellulite creams are within the means of most individuals and many of them work quite well. Most Cellulite creams work by smoothing the surface of the skin and breaking up the fat cells underneath. If you wish to determine which the best cellulite cream is then there are two ways of doing this. You could read consumer written reviews and testimonials to find out which cellulite cream works best. What’s more many manufacturers will send you a free bottle of their cellulite cream so that you can test various products and see the results for yourself.

Change Your Lifestyle

If you avoid exercise, eat the wrong foods and weigh more than you should then there is only so much that cellulite cream can do to help you, even if you purchase the best product money can buy. Cellulite creams can do a great deal to help with the problem, but their use does not circumvent the need for regular exercise and a healthy diet. Aim to get half an hour of cardiovascular exercise three times per week and do some resistance work to tone your muscles. Eat a diet that comprises mostly of fresh, whole foods. Avoid excesses of toxins such as caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. If you implement these lifestyle changes and regularly use a good quality cellulite cream you should soon see those unsightly lumps and dimples start to disappear.
